Creators may link their TikTok accounts to participate in campaigns.
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
3. User Roles & Responsibilities
3.1 Creators
Can browse, join, and participate in campaigns.
May follow promotors and establish partnerships.
Earnings are calculated based on video performance metrics (views, engagement).
Responsible for submitting accurate account information for payouts.
Can request withdrawals, which are processed through Stripe.
3.2 Promotors
Can create campaigns with budgets, rewards, and payout rules.
Can partner with creators and manage campaign participation.
Responsible for funding campaigns through Stripe before activation.
Can view analytics, campaign rankings, and performance statistics.
Responsible for ensuring campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Campaigns and Earnings
All campaigns have defined budgets, minimum/maximum payouts, and rewards.
Creator earnings are determined solely by platform-recorded metrics and campaign rules.
Platform does not guarantee a minimum number of views or earnings.
Payments and withdrawals are subject to Stripe processing policies.
Platform may withhold or adjust earnings in cases of fraud, abuse, or disputes
5. Payments and Stripe Integration
All financial transactions on the Platform are processed via Stripe.
Promotors fund campaigns through Stripe to activate them.
Creators can withdraw earnings via Stripe.
We are not responsible for Stripe fees, delays, or disputes.
Users must comply with all applicable tax laws related to earnings and payments.
6. Content
Users are responsible for all content they upload, post, or share.
Content must not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Platform may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
By submitting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use your content for platform operations.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Circumvent platform rules, algorithms, or payment mechanisms.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
Violation may result in account suspension, legal action, or financial liability.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.

We are not responsible for user-generated content, TikTok API integration issues, or third-party services including Stripe.
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the last 6 months.
